Get Busy! Organize your team, find or be a sponsor, and send us the completed application form with a check. Can’t find a sponsor? Enter as an individual with an entry fee of $100.00.
Entries will be accepted until 9:00 pm on June 30th, 2007. Entries after 5:00 p.m. on the day of the tournament must be hand-delivered to the tournament headquarters outside of the Wasilla Multi-Use Sports Complex in Wasilla.
Checks should be made payable to Wasilla Outdoor Youth Hockey Association and may be mailed with entry forms to:

Entries or questions may be faxed to (907) 376 - 9099 or e-mailed to info@alaskasalmoncup.com until Friday, June 29 at 4:30 p.m. In the event of faxed or e-mailed (electronic) entry, the check may be mailed or hand delivered to 851 E. Westpoint Avenue, Suite 202, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. M-F, or by appointment. After hours contact number is 232-2710! The Alaska Salmon Cup™ is a charity event designed to have fun, stimulate interest in hockey, and to raise funds for youth hockey players and is a registered trademark of the Wasilla Outdoor Youth Hockey Association. By entering the tournament or sponsoring a team participants agree not to exploit the tournament, the cup, any players including those they may have sponsored, and any other image person or thing associated with the tournament or cup without the express written consent of Wasilla Outdoor Youth Hockey Association and the players whose name or image they wish to use. By accepting entries, Wasilla Outdoor Youth Hockey Association agrees not to allow exploitation of its contestants or their images for fees (other than those revenues generated in the normal course of the event) without the express written consent of those contestants whose names or images are used.
